Our first Volume of The Biggest Loser Sports Anthems Interval Training was such a hit that we are please to release the second volume; just in time to help you get into shape and keep those New Years resolutions. Interval training is an ideal way to shock your body and keep the motivation high! The purpose of this sort of workout is to take the heart rate and energy output through a series of peaks and valleys. This helps to increase lean muscle mass and cardiovascular endurance while decreasing body fat.
This compilation starts with a warm up and then slowly increases the speed for the first 3 songs. Thereafter it alternates music speed every 3 to 4 minutes, changing the pace from high to moderate intensities throughout the entire workout.
