There are two ways to place an order with Workoutmusic.com, you can create an account (or log into your account if you have already created one) and place your order online, or you can call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-800-777-BEAT (2328).
Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I Fax or Mail in my order?

No. Workoutmusic.com only accepts orders placed on our web site or over the phone at 1-800-777-BEAT (2328).
The item I want is “Out Of Stock,” can I order it anyway?

No. We do not take back orders on out of stock items. Please check back, most items come back in stock within one week of going out of stock.

Yes. You must have an Email address to place orders for Digital Download products. If you do not have an email address you can still order from our library of available CD’s and other physical products.

Shortly after your order is completed you will receive an Email from Workoutmusic.com with instructions on how to download the items that you purchased (This Email is usually generated within minutes but in rare circumstances it may take up to 24 hours).
Do I need to download my order right away?

All Digital Downloads have a limited time in which you will be able to access the files from the Email that you receive. Most files will only be available for 96 hours. If you are unable to access your Downloads within the 96 hour window contact our Customer Service Department and new Download Keys can be generated.

Unfortunately, licensing original recordings of the most popular songs is either completely impossible or extremely costly. When original recordings are available and affordable, they rarely permitted to be remixed for smooth transitions, proper tempos, continuous high-energy, and all the other things that make workout music work for you.
As a result, most workout music comes from two sources: pumped-up remakes of your favorite popular songs, and hot dance tracks from original artists who permit their music to be licensed and remixed. While workout music isn't likely to ever replace your regular music collection, we guarantee that it is absolutely the best music available for exercise!
Why does Workout Music cost more?

Many of the products featured in our catalog were created for use by fitness professionals in motivating their group exercise classes (step, aerobics, etc.). These professional mixes are generally priced in the $20 to $25 range, which may come as a bit of a shock if you are used to paying half that amount for other tapes and CD's.
There are several reasons for these higher prices. First, most of these professional mixes contain 90-120 or more minutes of music (two 45-60 minute workouts) as compared to the standard 50-60 minutes of most other music products. In addition, because the fitness market is relatively small compared to the mass market for other products, music licensing and production costs for these products is significantly higher.
Returns (RMA)
Do I have to have a RMA number to return a product?

Yes. You must first obtain a RMA number, either from our online return section or from a Customer Service Representative, before mailing physical products back to Workoutmusic.com.
Can I return a Digital Product?

No. There are no returns on Digital Items. If you are having difficulty receiving a digital product that you ordered consult our Download FAQ section or contact our Customer Service Department.
Credit
If my return is approved can you credit my account instead of refunding my credit card?

Yes. We have a points program that can be used to store “Credit” on your account. These Points can then be used for any future purchases until the balance is spent (points do not expire).
